Do you accept international purchase orders?
We do not accept purchase orders for schools or organizations internationally. All products and shipping must be paid at checkout and we have excellent shipping rates.
Be sure to review our international guidelines regarding duties and taxes, which are collected from our shipping carrier once the package arrives in your country. We have a tool at checkout that will help estimate expected fees.
Why don't you ship to Brazil?
We appreciate your interest in our products. However, we regret to inform you that we have decided to discontinue shipping to Brazil due to challenges with customs fees, which can be quite high—often nearly double the product cost. We don't believe our customers should pay double for our product.
Until the import rates change, we won’t be able to ship to your region. We truly value your understanding and hope to revisit this in the future.

What is the difference between the K100 and K200 models?
We offer 2 models for kids:
K100 foot swing is best suited for:
1) a standard four-legged desk for ANY GRADE
2) smaller sized tables in a classroom environment, grades K - 2nd
Difference from 200 model:
- MUST be attached to the legs of a desk or table
- MUST be attached to the legs of a desk or table
- Equipped with 4 straps and 4 suction cups to attach it securely

Do you have an adult model?
Yes, we have a KINNEBAR for adults! It comes in black and natural. It is great for home, an office or a college dorm.

What is the difference between the K200 and K300?
These two models are exactly the same size and have the same features. We call them different names so we understand who is buying the product, a child or an adult.
The K200 comes in red, blue, black and natural.
The K300 is available in black or natural.

Will the KINNEBAR Foot Swing fit my 'X' year old?
The KINNEBAR Foot Swing is designed for everyone and will fit anyone ages 5-95. When a person grows, so does the size of their chair. Think about the size of a Kindergartener's chair... it will be smaller than a 9th grader's chair. The chair determines where the feet will fall. We offer 4 adjustable placements on each foot swing in increments of 2" in various directions if you need a minor adjustment.

My child uses a four-legged desk, which size desk does the K100 Foot Swing fit?
There are hundreds of four-legged desk manufacturers, and we did our best to design a product that fits under most of them. We designed the KINNEBAR to be used with either hook and loop straps or suction cups. If you have any problems with the fit, please don't hesitate to contact us.
My child sits at a table in school, which KINNEBAR Foot Swing should I purchase?
It really depends on how much floor space you have. The KINNEBAR 100 is great for a kindergarten size table, while the KINNEBAR 200 can fit under a larger table for older children. Both come equipped with hook and loop straps so it can be secured to the legs of a table. If your KINNEBAR comes with suction cups it is best to use them if you have a linoleum floor, otherwise you can use the hook and loop straps on a rug and attach one corner to a table leg with a strap.
Should I ask my child's teacher for approval before I buy a KINNEBAR Foot Swing?
Most teachers LOVE the idea of students using a flexible seating solution, in fact many classrooms have several of them already. The KINNEBAR does a better job at keeping the student's upper body immobilized. If you would like to ask permission, here is a sample letter that you can copy, paste and customize into an email.
Can I use my health savings account (HSA/FSA) to pay for it?
You can use your HSA/FSA card at checkout.
Our product is known as an "active seating solution" or "flexible seating solution" and is considered a viable solution for people who benefit from movement and sensory input while working.
Your card provider might require a letter of necessity from your doctor, yet we do not require one for purchases.
What is neurodivergence?
Neurodivergence is the term for when someone's brain processes, learns, and/or behaves differently from what is considered "typical." They may require different methods of learning and processing information.
The most common examples of neurodivergence are Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia.

Yes, the KINNEBAR can be a helpful tool for therapists during sessions. The swinging motion and sensory input can help the child self-regulate.
Can I move the KINNEBAR Foot Swing around in my office?
Yes, the KINNEBAR 200 is mostly used when you want to move the KINNEBAR from station to station. If you have a standard four-legged desk and you don't need to move it around, the KINNEBAR 100 is a great option.

Assembly + Usage
Can a child assemble the KINNEBAR Foot Swing?
It is recommended that an adult initially assemble the KINNEBAR.
NOTE: There are small screws that can be a choking hazard for children under the age of 3, so a parent should always be present until it is fully assembled.

What are the hook and loop straps for?
The hook and loop straps are really versatile and help to secure the KINNEBAR to the workstation. They are adjustable and work with dozens of desk sizes.
Is the KINNEBAR Foot Swing safe to use?
The KINNEBAR was tested by a third-party testing facility that was approved by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Any product that is intended for children under the age of 12 must be tested for hazardous chemicals and mechanical hazards. We are proud to say the KINNEBAR passed with flying colors, and does not contain any hazardous chemicals. When used in the matter it was intended, the KINNEBAR is safe to use.
How should I clean my KINNEBAR Foot Swing?
The KINNEBAR can be cleaned with a mild solution of soap and water. Let it air dry. Do not use any wipes or chemicals on the rubber band. If your KINNEBAR has suction cups, it is HIGHLY recommended to clean the floor and the suction cups each time you apply it to the floor. The dust and dirt can prevent it from sticking well.
Can I order a replacement sensory foot band?
Yes, you can. Your original purchase comes with one, however if you need a second one, Click here to order one.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
DOMESTIC ORDERS (Contigous U.S.)
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in good working condition, not damaged.
Your item must be in the original packaging and you must have all the parts in your kit. If you DO NOT have the original box you will incur the additional shipping fees for the dimensions of the box that you return it in.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may choose to exchange or receive a refund for your KINNEBAR.
YOU MUST PAY FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE RETURN. IF YOU WOULD LIKE WE CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A PRE-PAID LABEL AT A DISCOUNT THROUGH OUR CARRIER.
Please print and fill out this RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM and mail it with your KINNEBAR. (All instructions and the return address are included on the form.)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. (outside of the contiguous United States) Please be sure you are ordering the correct KINNEBAR Foot Swing for your workstation. We are happy to help you determine which model is best, so please email us if you have questions and feel free to email a photo to [email protected].
FAILURE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY OF AN ORDER: If our shipping carriers made all attempts to communicate and deliver your package, and if the carrier returns the package to us, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs. PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND WATCH FOR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS FROM OUR CARRIERS. Our shipping carrier will collect duties and taxes directly from you once it arrives in your country's customs facility. We are happy to assist and call our carriers to expedite the process, so please reach out to us if you have any delivery issues.

Do you take insurance?
Great question. The KINNEBAR Foot Swing is not covered by insurance however, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds. Our site is approved to accept payments from most HSA/FSA companies.
You should consider obtaining a letter of medical necessity in case your HSA/FSA company requires this documentation, yet it is not necessary for our website.
